Youth is the architect of the future. This is not merely a conventional statement; it represents a solid reality because the future of a nation depends largely on its young people. Youth possess the energy, creativity, and determination to transform challenges into opportunities and to turn the impossible into the possible. If society fails to recognize and support this capable, dynamic, and confident segment, it will not only increase frustration and depression among young people but also hinder their mental and emotional growth. Such neglect can be reflected in the declining participation of youth in various fields of life.

Pakistan has an estimated population of 243 million, with nearly 60% of people living on or below US $5 per day. Around 63% of the population consists of young men and women, which places Pakistan among the countries with one of the largest youth populations in the world. Unfortunately, millions of these young individuals lack adequate support, facilities, and access to opportunities for education, training, and skill development that would enable them to contribute effectively to society. In the current global environment, Pakistan needs a modern, liberal, and result-oriented action plan to guide youth in a positive direction and to promote a moderate, enlightened, and peaceful society. According to the Human Development Index (HDI) 2023 by the United Nations, Pakistan stands at 168 position, highlighting the urgent need for improvement.

We strongly believe that each generation should live a better life than the one before it, and empowering youth is the key to achieving that vision.
